3i Series Cases are injection molded from ultra-high strength polypropylene copolymer resin, specified by the U.S. military for cases and containers. Features a gasketed, water and dust-tight submersible design, meeting military standard MIL-C-4150J. The automatic ambient pressure equalization valve self-regulates for different altitudes meeting military standards MIL-STD-648C and IP67. It is resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus and impact damage, surpassing military standard MIL-STD-810F. Features a continuous molded-in hinge with stainless steel pin, a patented trigger release latch system, and a comfortable, snap-down, rubber over-molded handle. All 3i Series Cases are backed by an Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. Key locking "TSA" accepted versions also available.

Our foam engineers apply our client's requirements first and the resulting protective cases represent the ideal solutions. Our engineers determine foam type, density, thickness and shape based on your components, the fragility level of your gear and the maximum g-force to which the equipment will be subjected. Foam inserts are an essential part of protective packaging, surrounding and supporting the product itself. The selection of appropriate foam types and densities is critical to ensure the safety of case contents. When designing the most effective foam support for individual applications, we use various processes such as punching, stamping, CNC routing, hand-forming and sculpturing.

Flight Cases (Road Cases) are a heritage product for CP Cases. These were the first cases designed when CP Cases was formed way back in 1971. CP's founders were experienced semi-professional musicians and they recognized the need to provide long-lasting, ruggedized flight cases that could handle multiple trips with heavy payloads. Extensive research took place to find the highest quality component parts, hardware, top-notch raw materials and hard-wearing surfaces, all utilized in the construction of these cases. Our original Flight Cases were built for worldwide tours by well-known musical groups and others. This market demands a product that can withstand large amounts of stress, shock, vibration, impact and drop. Many of our customers are still using Flight Cases purchased nearly 40 years ago, as they continue to perform as well as when they were new. Our ELV1 Enclosure line provides custom 19" Rack-mount Enclosures designed and manufactured to NEMA construction standards and made in the USA. Enclosures are available in NEMA 4 (steel) and NEMA 4X (stainless steel or aluminum) materials.
